Oct 1, 2008 - wrong, even calculators/ cam-corders can cause interference, doent have to transmit radio waves dumbass

Oct 1, 2008 - If thats so then why do some airlines allow use of laptops, phones, other electronic devices onboard.... dumbass

duk309 Says:

Oct 4, 2008 - HOW the HELL Does a CALCULATOR transmit a radio frequency? Explain that one, is there some hidden wireless modem in there or something.

dacchandacchan Says:

Nov 1, 2008 - Part 1

dacchandacchan Says:

Nov 1, 2008 - Part 2 : これが危険であるという具体的な調査結果も発表されていないのに 、まるで犯罪者扱いされるのは、非常に遺憾です!ドイツの航空ファンより

dacchandacchan Says:

Nov 1, 2008 - Part 3 : Here is a rough translation of my Japanese posting.Japanese Aviation law (CAB), places the use of video cameras during take-off and landing on the same black list along with the use of cellular phones and wave transmitting devices and any violation is treated as a criminal act. The punishment in Japan is severe : A heavy fine or even a jail term. Stop this noncsence ! There is not a single survey proving any harm in the use of a video camera during take-off and landing.

ct92404 Says:

Nov 6, 2008 - You obviously don't know anything about electronics. Calculators and video cameras do NOT generate RF, and only devices which operate at the radio or microwave frequency range would cause interference. Obviously cell phones, short wave radios, and wireless network cards could cause interference. But NOT calculators or video cameras. Not ALL electronic devices generate RF! Check my videos if you doubt my experience...over 10 years working with high voltage and RF.
