Nov 21, 2008 - plain????you mean plane
TehFipFlops Says:
Nov 21, 2008 - plain, plane....they both mean the same thing (if only remotely) rite? well whatever....im not failing grammer(yet) so I DON'T CARE!!!
SwitheKun Says:
Nov 21, 2008 - Very different. Plus it isnt grammar. they both sound the same so it's a phonetic problem not a grammar problem, but yeah it gets confusing at times. As long as people understand what you mean it doesn't really matter so the so-called "spelling police" get annoying. Only glaringly bad errors need be corrected and normal ppl would just go "Oh they mean that" and ignore it. The annoying ones are those who correct errors no-one cares about. It's just a waste of time.
baptistepcarrara Says:
Nov 21, 2008 - me reading this was a waste of time
baptistepcarrara Says:
Nov 21, 2008 - yea i guess.yet???????????????????
SwitheKun Says:
Nov 21, 2008 - Yeah. Ironic isn't it? Kinda shows how pointless conversations like this are. Besides, I replied to TehFlipFlops.
TehFipFlops Says:
Nov 21, 2008 - =3 well im not im grammer (as i don't have an english class this semester) so no, not yet
baptistepcarrara Says:
Nov 21, 2008 - so, you replied to flipflop about what me and her,him were talking about, so even if you talk to flipflop i am still part if it
baptistepcarrara Says:
Nov 21, 2008 - no english, what grade are you in, or in collage??????
TehFipFlops Says:
Nov 21, 2008 - 720 yrs old!! which do u think?!!!
SwitheKun Says:
Nov 21, 2008 - Was kinda a reference to the fast reply. Was gonna ask if I did actually reply to Flip or whether I'd sent to wrong person, but chose closed statement instead as im kinda too busy to start a full-blown conversation. As for the comment, it used the term grammar which you didnt mention and was correcting Flip so was unrelated to your original comment. The second part was a general non-targeted comment. Just because I talk to Flip doesn't mean I'm referring to everyone else who has.
baptistepcarrara Says:
Nov 21, 2008 - what
baptistepcarrara Says:
Nov 21, 2008 - ok, i get ithow did you get in this anyway?do you know flip, or are you english teacher or something?
SwitheKun Says:
Nov 21, 2008 - Flip mentioned grammar when the error was phonetical. Corrected that before going on a mini-rant about the "spell-police." Anyway, as I said before I don't have time for a full-blown conversation so I'm off now.
baptistepcarrara Says:
Nov 21, 2008 - ok, see yai know, "see ya" is not good grammarbye
TehFipFlops Says:
