A month ago, up in Toronto, I heard Major Tom, Katrina & The Waves,Scritti Politti and NuShooz being played in a nightclub and people really hit that dance floor! Nov 29, 2008 - Everybody from the 80's has this nostalgic attitude for that era. I only remember a punch of girls creaming their pants at bands like INXS and Duran Duran. And there were all these guys who dressed like Roland Orzabal from Tears for Fears and thought Depeche Mode were butch. (Gives you a good idea about how lame hard rock was.)Maybe it is just, that for me, the 80's bands were too sensitive and faggy. Kind of like now!! LOL
