Jan 3, 2009 - If you mean by "they" the Africans shown in this video, you are wrong. It has nothing to do with evolution. It is merely a cultural thing, a ritual. Change their mindset (i.e. through education or introduction of new social behaviours) and circumcision belongs to the past.Unfortunately, breaking a religion or ritual up takes time. But it can be done within a few years.
