Besides the obvious thing, bandwidth sharing.. the collisions over the networks would make the system practically unusable. For a quick lesson in networking, a client needs to request to use the wireless network. This is done by sending a "back off" signal, telling all other clients on the network to stop transmitting. Either thousands of routers would need to be put in place, or less than 10 people assigned to each network.
