That doesn't mean that every inovative idea is trying to copy it. They did not invent the touchscreen phone I had a Motorola with a full touch screen more than 4 years ago. Therefore any new phone with a touchscreen is not a rip off of the iphone. It is good to see makers trying to advance the idea in different inovative ways.
