Dec 1, 2008 - we don't know if these kinda things happened forty years ago. Maybe they did, but it just never hit news. I remember that a lot of psycho killing happened during the 50's and sixties. Pedophile rape and etc. Its just that the truth took forty years to uncover.

Jan 7, 2009 - As a criminal justice administration major, I know for a fact that "coercement", which is exactly what took place, is wrong in every sense of the word. This boy should not be convicted, NOT because of age, because coercement is wrong. I can't believe they are offering a plea deal...his lawyer had better step up to the plate!
