Jan 19, 2008 - His music are haunting and chilling, but hardly memorable. So i hope he makes a score that will stick not only in our hearts but in our ears.

Jan 20, 2008 - I think James Newton Howard is absolutely splendid. He is not my favorite composer, but, if i were to make a movie, he'd be my first choice to hire. This is because his music ALWAYS serves the film first and foremost. It has no ego. As a film composer, you should not want to call too much attention to yourself because you'd be taking it AWAY from the actual film.

Mar 20, 2008 - Ive only come to realise how many of my best films that I like due to the musical themes are mostly done by James Newton. Last of the Mohicans for one.Its really funny how you start lookong more into movies such as the musical composers as a an alternative source ro favourite directors

Jun 16, 2008 - This movie made me be scared for months about ghost and stuff like those, but seriously he did very but very well and James N Howard made one again of the most beautifull soundtrack for the movie!

Jun 24, 2008 - wow, you are stupid. that's M. Night Shyamalan. Not Kal Penn.
bubbletelescope Says:
Jun 25, 2008 - Is the other guy (the darker skinned one) the vet who killed Gibsons wife in Signs?
tw49883015136 Says:
Jun 26, 2008 - Yes he is. The "darker sinned" guy, who is the director of The Sixth Sense appears in all of the movies that he directs and produces. In The Sixth Sense - The Doctor at the beginning of the movie; In Signs - The Veterinarian, like you said;In The Village - The guard that is sitting at the table, looking at the Newspaper towards the end of the movie; In Lady in the Water - The guy who is writing the story who lives with his sister; In The Happening - One of the victims. It's interesting.
tw49883015136 Says:
Jun 26, 2008 - I disagree. I think that his score in this movie, and all of the Shyamalan movies are extremely memorable. Especially in Signs, where the 3-note motif is used throughout. I'll always remember it.
ShadyNJ Says:
Aug 8, 2008 - Yeah the Signs soundtrack was brilliant. I think the Sixth Sense and Signs is his best work so far.
MattiaShyamalan Says:
Aug 8, 2008 - in The Happening he is not one of the victims but the voice of the man who sends messages to the wife

Aug 27, 2008 - You would have to move to a reality/universe where that is possible.
