Nov 10, 2008 - true, it's not enough to be fit. a lot of people who eat at mcdonalds that I know think that just cause their body is in good shape then they're perfectly fine. however this is not the case. you can be the fittest guy in the world & still die of a heart attack. fit =/= healthy. the chemicals in mcdonalds food whether they know it or not will quickly load up their arteries with plaque. unless they can balance it with a diet of high density lipo-proteins they will eventually develop heart disease.
