I think the original 916 is the most worthy, because it was a revolutionary bike with a astonishing design in 1995. the 996 is a reasonably priced bike with a good overall performance. but you shouldn't only look at top speed. better buy a R-model, with awsome Öhlins suspension.

You capture the bike going through a good portion of its rev range with the multiple camera angles picking up the sound where it left off in the previous shot. Guess some others on here would prefer someone doing a burnout with horrible audio and wind noise. How can you not like this vid. I got the ducati sound experience from this vid and it is great. Although I have and aprilia so I'm biased when it comes to twins.
