Dec 31, 2008 - I don't know why they'd be called musicians. nor have i heard anyone calling the pussycat dolls musicians.. I'm pretty you need to be play an instrument to be called one....

threelegsoman Says:

Dec 31, 2008 - The musicianship is absolutely awesome. How I wish I could have learned to play like this.

johved Says:

Jan 1, 2009 - i wonder if people know who these people ( andy, antoine etc) are in 50 years or so, i will surtenly not forget them

elewis616 Says:

Jan 1, 2009 - Um, since when do you have to play an instrument to be a musician? I'm no fan of the Pussycat Dolls either, and to my knowledge they don't write their own songs so I definitely have no respect for them, but you definitely don't have to play an "instrument" to be a musician. The vocal chords are the hardest instrument to play, they say.

elredplague Says:

Jan 1, 2009 - Why would they say that.. most people who sing have natural talent.

elewis616 Says:

Jan 1, 2009 - Most people who are amazing musicians have natural talent, period. Just cuz there's more people out there who can "sing" than there are people who can play a clarinet doesn't mean one's harder. People take vocal lessons and practice singing for hours a day just like I do playing guitar. Just because it's a natural bodily function to be able to create a note doesn't mean that skill doesn't need to be trained and practiced just like anything else.

RiouxItsMe Says:

Jan 2, 2009 - true

BigMacTracks Says:

Jan 2, 2009 - It's about half as good but there is a piece on my page, inspired by this man right here

bradleycole6 Says:

Jan 3, 2009 - he isnt using a bandanna on this track. still sounds godlike.

Eroborus Says:

Jan 4, 2009 - My new favourite, when i get my student loan i will be buying the tabs, Thanking you Antoine-San

Kidarrian1 Says:

Jan 4, 2009 - as a singer myself I definately agree.

redking15ca Says:

Jan 4, 2009 - is that an LR Baggs pickup?

colinmacknight Says:

Jan 5, 2009 - that just shows how ignorant you are. its true that in general, its easier to produce a good sound as a singer with no experience or training than as an instrumentalist but there is just as much technique to learn for singing as for normal instruments. also, reading music for singing is generally harder than for an instrument because instead of seeing a note on the page and then playing a key or pushing a fret, you have to be able to hear it in your head which is much harder than it might seem

tjcafiero Says:

Jan 5, 2009 - Yup...For a magnetic s/h pickup it picks up vibrations from the body very naturally

tjcafiero Says:

Jan 5, 2009 - The guy NEVER rests on his laurals...always progressive. I sensed more emotion in this piece in the music and on his facial gestures...

redking15ca Says:

Jan 5, 2009 - crazy i was gonna get one, but ruled it out due to lack of mic.. hmmmm... maybe it's still a good idea... i mean if ANTOINE USES ONE :D

redking15ca Says:

Jan 5, 2009 - Does he have concerts? and that's a baritone guitar, right?

tjcafiero Says:

Jan 5, 2009 - the other option for you would be a Sunrise s/h pickup handmade by Jim Kaufman. It's a passive p/u that will need a pre-amp (which he also makes. I don't know if you dig Michael Hedges but he used one on his old D-28 Martin...check out what he gets outta that thing...good luck man

gataraddict Says:

Jan 7, 2009 - he does once in a while i believe, although i wouldn't trust me on that one.it is however a baritone guitar yes.

redking15ca Says:

Jan 7, 2009 - I would love to see him live... I wonder what he does for a living if no concerts....
