Last time I checked there were 18 licensed countries outside of Russia making those. Several more unlicensed. It seemed like a good idea for about 5 mins and they still went ahead with it any way.

Nov 8, 2008 - Don't get me wrong, its a top drawer piece of engineering, but they cancelled it because it had no place in a deploy-able scenario. 201mph is fast but not fast enough for a piece of kit that costs that much and could cost more if its secrets were revealed. The top speed is not operational ie with weapons, full ammo and fuel load and if it is passing nearby i.e. within 400 yards, AK will severely damage if not drop it there and then.
