Oct 30, 2008 - I am a lineman at Washington County Airport in Washington PA. Just today OCT 30th 2008 this exact chopper crashed during the operation of trimming trees for allagany power company. The chopper flew in to Washington where a ground crew set up the saw and we fueled their truck that intrun fuels the chopper at the job site as seen in the vid. The pilot said he heard a loud crack and lost power. He is in the hospital with minor injuries. (continu to next comment)

Oct 30, 2008 - Being a line man at that airport that sold the fuel I can rule out fuel contamination as the cause of the crash. Many flights have been made without incident since the crash. I talked to the owner today who flew up frome NC today. He was going to see the crash sight and visit the pilot. I asked him if this is common because this is most unnatural for a helicopter to do and he said no. Is wired seeing a aircraft take off and know it crashed later... Well at least the pilot is ok.
